Salary Range: $150,000 – $225,000

Position Overview
As Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, and staff development. You will ensure the facility operates efficiently while meeting safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of professionals, and continuously improving plant performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop plant leadership team and employees to achieve operational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency, cost control, and process optimization.

  • Oversee maintenance, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet production targets.

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align plant operations with strategic objectives.

Qualifications.

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field  
  • 10+ years of extensive progressive chemical process and plant experience
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience 
  • Proven experience in plant leadership, ideally in corn wet milling, food production, or related industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of production, safety, quality, and maintenance operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environment
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 
  • In-depth knowledge of industry and its place on the market
