Job Description 

 

This position will support HR Systems modules. The role is the liaison between HR and our internal IT partner in supporting, creating, maintaining, and upgrading our technology processes and platforms to meet business needs.

 

Essential Functions 

  • Develops the strategy for the systems & solutions related to HR Analytics, Workforce Intelligence, and HR Systems.
  • Support and participate in the design, development and performance of internal software and related business data and processes, including developing business requirements and documentation for technology-related solutions to optimize HR processes
  • Partner with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs and implement a strong project management cadence in delivering solutions
  • Participate in the execution of system changes (updates, enhancements) and all aspects of system testing
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management
  • Partner with HR leaders to understand operational issues and opportunities and create automated solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance. Ownership of coordinating the documentation of scenarios and conducting the standard testing methodology
  • Ensure documentation and processes are in place to satisfy audit requirements

   

Knowledge and Skills

  • Complex project management experience, effectively managing multiple projects on time and on target
  • Experience in data analytics and workforce analytics; developing a technology strategy to drive the strategic business decisions.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Use proven problem-solving skills to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions
  • Ability to present findings or translate the data into understandable documents. Ability to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

 

Required Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three 3 - 5 years’ experience in HRIS data management, workforce analytics, and technology strategy.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. A
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States 
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends 
  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
