Summary: Our client is looking for a curious, innovative, and resourceful individual to join our rapidly growing team. As the Training Manager, you will focus on assessing team needs, strategizing, building training frameworks, launching programs, and working with leadership. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • The Training Manager assesses company-wide developmental needs and identifies suitable training solutions to drive training initiatives
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the company through job analysis, career paths and on-going discussion with Leaders
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
  • Develop & deliver training programs including concept design, materials development, and implementation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. Work with and serve as a resource to Operations and Corporate teams to ensure consistency of training programs
  • Engage with subject matter experts to evaluate and improve new and existing training programs
  • Manage the onboarding experience for all new hires and support continuous development
  • Lead and/or participate in various HR and Recruiting project work in support of business initiatives
  • Provide strategic and operational support, consulting and coaching to leaders and employees at Deployed Services
  • Train managers to train their employees in the needed skills area

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in training and development
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage start-up is a plus
  • Experience in LMS systems is a must
  • Experience with creating and managing project plans for designing and developing new learning solutions
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license   
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle record check and a criminal background check 

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office and field environment.
